The Fall of Man

World obsessed,
A world possessed- 
By riches and glory,
Let's review the story...
God Created and it was good,
Upon the Heavens and Earth he stood. 
Then Lucifer fell from high above,
Because he ignored Jehovah's love. 
Adam fell into a trap, 
Because the devil was on his back.
Now he has to plow the ground,
Building his cities among the mounds.
Women now weep and wail, 
In childbirth, they do travail. 
A brother killed his brother, 
The blood cried out to his another. 
A man was called to father a nation,
The stars of the sky,
Number his Generations.
Empires grew and fell,
Dreams and visions were given to tell.
A tower reaching to the sky,
The people trying to conquer the Most High.
Soon it all came crashing down.
The people were scattered from town to town. 
So the world was divided in parts,
Only evil is in their hearts.
So God sent of flood one day,
And wiped the earth and sinners away.
But then hope arrived through a dove,
A sign of home and a brand new love.
