The Vulture Eye

Beneath the floor,
Of this hollow room.
Lies a Tell-Tale Heart,
Of a dead groom.
Once betrothed,
To a beauty so fine,
Of sonnets and love-
Many thousands of lines.
But my heart enraged,
From his evil eye.
I shall prevail,
And He shall die.
I lurked around,
His humble abode.
And took a look,
At his vast wardrobe.
Garments dipped in blood,
From his conquered quest.
And a vulture's eye,
Fell from his nest.
Here is the beating,
Of his hideous heart.
Death watches in the wall,
As I tear him apart.
Death has stalked,
With his black shadows before him.
Death has conquered,
The vulture eye from within.
Death has stalked,
Death has conquered.
You're gonna die,
The Vulture Eye.
